Job Description :- 

+10 years experience 

Must have Skills: 

Contributing to the development of the best / most fit-for-purpose system architecture Infrastructure design for the systems with in the scope of migration.Constant alignment on the best Infrastructure standard solutions within the infrastructure towers such as connectivity, hosting, cloud, and security. Improving information management capability through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities across different technology towers. Delivering architecture artifacts, including reference architectures, diagrams, information models etc. Communicating and enforcing technology standardsContributing to the development of policies, standards and guidelines directing the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the enterprise. Investigating, advising, designing, and documenting the architecture and requirements for complex solutions based on business needs (e.g., functions, processes, information, systems, engineering, technical tool/processes, performance, and security). Business architecture experience A high level of technical expertise and broad knowledge of Wintel and networking A high level of technical expertise and broad knowledge on OT components like PLC, HMI, WinCC (it’s a plus)Excellent analytical skillsA methodical, investigative, and inquisitive mind and attention to detailgood interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage Expectations and explain technical detail.Decomposing business request into meaningful capabilities and processes Leadership and influential skills in a complex organization Breaking down complexity into something that can be communicated and decided on Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to learn quickly.Teamworking skillsA logical approach to problem solving.Planning and negotiating skills.Structured and well-organizedInitiative and self-confidenceA flexible approach to workExperience working in an internal environment across multiple locations and time zones is an advantage An awareness of current business practices and an interest in the way organizational processes work.Good cultural and social awareness, experience in working in mixed teams with participants from different cultures, genders, groups.Knowledge of ServiceNowFamiliar with quality compliance requirements and processes, used to validated environments and documentation processes

Ability to prepare reportsProject management skills.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage Experience in industry regulations (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is an advantage Experience with defining roadmaps and standards   

Key activities & role during transition,  

Get to know the stakeholders involved in the programGet to know the TechOps infrastructure design Understand and propose improvements to existing templatesKnow the timing of the project and intended roadmapUnderstand team dynamicsLearn about and delve deeper into pharmaceutical compliance and Regulatory matters specific to FerringAttend systems analysis meetings as shadow and prepare the transition to reverse shadowingEnsure alignment with QA and Security 

Key tasks and responsibilities for regular operations  ,  

For new systems and Existing systems:Identify system requirements from an infrastructure perspective by accompanying system owners in meetings but also talking to suppliers and reading system documentationIdentify points of failure in the current design against business requirements and support design and resolutionChallange the information received by business and vendors in order to guarantee the quality of the informationEnsure the correct completion and/or fulfil of the necessary templates for the correct entry of requests for the creation of the infrastructureImplements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems;Identify Users, Groups, Firewall rules, server and clients requirementsDesigning based on standards and solutions.Identify possible infrastructure and system dependenciesEvaluating procedures and processes.Understand the current infrastructure landscapeDesign the system based on the standards and solutions provided.Map, identify and follow up on nonstandard standards and solutions.Identify possible infrastructure and system dependencies.
